These updated historical rate charts and graphs track rate trends for variable and fixed rates over the last 25 years.

Historical Rate Trends for June 2011

Average Fixed rates decreased again (decrease of 0.20)

Variable rates remain the same (3.00)

Both Fixed and Variable rates continue to be some of the lowest in the past 25 years.

NOTE: The variable rate chart depicts Chartered Bank Administered interest rates and not current variable mortgage rates.
