This weeks #YVRREChat topic was Business Development. Thank you to everyone who joined in on today’s conversation. If you missed this morning’s chat there was an emphasis again on CRM’s which seems to be a popular topic to discuss among everyone. The consensus seems to be that everyone sees the value in a robust CRM software solution however it’s important to find a CRM solution that fits your business.

I encourage you to have a look at some of the solutions mentioned in the chat but I’ve also provided a list from the past YVRREChat on CRM’s and the transcript to today’s chat.

Mobile Solutions:

  • iPhone Contacts – Contacts is the built in contact program on the Apple iPhone you can also setup contacts to sync with your Google Contacts
  • iPhone Calendar – The built in calendar on the Apple iPhone just like with contacts you can also setup the calendar to sync with your Google Calendar
  • 2do iPhone/iPad App – Available on the iTunes App store for $6.99, 2do app was designed to work around your fingers. 2Do surrounds you with your projects and actions, grouped the way you like them, sorted the way you need them and reminding you at the time you want them done.
  • iPhone Notes – A simple note taking program on the iPhone. Notes also allows you to email your notes and also sync them with your Mac via iTunes.
  • Remember the Milk – A task management program for the iPhone and Android.

  • Gomax Solutions – Subscription based CRM and website for mortgage brokers.
  • Solve 360 CRM – CRM to help manage your client interactions and keep your team coordinated

  • Gmail – Free online email accounts which has great spam filters and search capabilities.
  • Google Calendar – With Google Calendar, it’s easy to keep track of life’s important events all in one place.

  • Google Documents – Create, share and store documents online.
  • Dropbox – Dropbox allows you to sync your files online and across your computers automatically.
